The terms set forth herein govern the governing rules of the Splus software, including the site, applications, and all services it provides and users.

 

 

1-1) Membership in Splus is free.

2-1) All people with a mobile number and subject to the laws of the country and the terms of this agreement can use all Splus services.

3-1) Entering the username in Splus is optional and the user can use any title that he wishes. Provided that it does not violate the rights of individuals and legal entities and is not in violation of the laws of this agreement.

1-2) Content shared on official and personal channels, group discussions and two-personed, is provided by members of Splus, and the intellectual property as well as the responsibilities arising from it are the responsibility of the user to share it. Certainly Splus does not take responsibility for this.

2-2) Users are not permitted to publish cybercrime, anti-religious, violent and terrorist propaganda, child abuse and illegal content, and the consequences will be the user's own.

 

 

1-3) Splus is of the utmost importance for the privacy of its users and fully adheres to the issues raised in the privacy document.

2-3) The user's mobile number will not be visible except for users whose number is in their contact list.

3-3) The profile of the user profile, the status, the user name of the person in the group conversation and other sections are visible to other users. Therefore, it is recommended that images and images not intended to be publicly disclosed or that violate the rules as image and user names.

 

 

1-4) The user is allowed to follow his or her favorite official and personal channels, share information with his other friends, and participate in polls and ... according to the policies of each channel, published in the texts and content Respond, or interact with the channel manager.

3-4) The user can create interactive and non-interactive personal channels.

4-4) The use of official and personal channels services, conversations and voice calls require Internet access and is free of charge.

5-4) The user is free to use various sections of Splus in the framework of the laws of this agreement and the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It should be noted that the consequences of violating this clause are the responsibility of the user. In this regard, Splus owns the service developer and is responsible for the use of this service by the user.

6-4) Splus can disable the account of users who violate the rules with / without prior notice, temporarily or permanently.

7-4) The user is not authorized to use automated systems such as bots, spiders, malware, and so on.

 

 

1-5) Use of the Site, application, or any of Splus Services means the acceptance of the above, and the User is required to comply with them. The user can cancel his membership and do not use Splus services at any time he does not agree to these terms.

2-5) The text and clauses in this document are the terms and conditions of Splus. The user must also observe the laws and regulations of the country according to his or her place of residence.
